This policy explains the strict conditions under which refunds are granted for our different products.
Sell What You Built is a technical execution system. Because of the nature of digital products, refunds are only granted when you can demonstrate that you applied the system but failed to see results.
This system requires you to build real assets on the internet.
• Financial Commitment: You must be willing to invest in a Domain Name and Basic Hosting (approx. $10 - $30). If you are not willing to invest this small amount into your business, DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK. We do not offer refunds to those who refuse to purchase the necessary tools.
• Time Commitment: You must be willing to set up the "Partner Page" as instructed.
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible.
To qualify, your refund request must include the following proof:
1. Live URL: Link to the "Partner Page" (JV Page) you built using our templates (hosted on your own domain).
2. Outreach Proof: Screenshots showing you have contacted at least 10 potential partners OR proof that at least 1 affiliate has signed up for your program.
Refund requests without the required proof will be denied. We generally DENY refunds for:
– “Change of mind”
– “Didn’t have time to read”
– “Bought by mistake” / “Don't want to buy domain”
Downloaded & Disappeared:
If our logs show you downloaded the materials but you request a refund without providing proof of work, your request will be denied and your account may be blacklisted.
Attempting a chargeback (dispute) without contacting support first is considered fraud. This will result in a permanent ban and report to payment processors.
For our browser extensions and software products, we offer a 14-day conditional money-back guarantee.
You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase ONLY IF you experience critical technical bugs that prevent the software from functioning as advertised, AND our support team is unable to resolve the issue for you.
Because X Growth Engine interacts with third-party platforms (X.com), we DO NOT offer refunds for the following reasons:
• Account Bans/Restrictions: We simulate human behavior, but X's algorithm changes constantly. We are not responsible for any account locks, shadowbans, or suspensions.
• Change of Mind: If you have activated the license and successfully used the tool to enrich or follow users, the value has been delivered. No refunds will be issued for "changing your mind."
• Terms Violation: Sharing or reselling your Pro License Key.
